Rooms are virtual working environments in the portal. In a room, the member of teams or project groups can collaborate across time zones and between geographical locations.

Rooms contain functions for collaborating with other users.


Your administrator has assigned you to the Collaboration end user role. This role permits you to enter rooms using the room directory.


You can carry out the following tasks in rooms:

      Work with folders

      Create and upload documents

      Use discussions to answer questions and exchange opinions

      Create appointments

      Work with tasks
