Use

You can export the list to Microsoft Excel and edit it further there.

Prerequisites

      Microsoft Excel is installed on your computer.

      In the application toolbar for the list, the UI element for exporting the list is visible and active.

       1.      To export the list to Microsoft Excel, choose Export in the application toolbar and then Excel.

Microsoft Excel is started. In a dialog box, you can decide whether you want to open the list in a temporary file or save it to a specific location.

       2.      Choose the required option and confirm your choice.

The file with the data for your list is loaded.
